Flex is billed by Apple. To cancel or change your plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Flex.

To restore a purchase on a new phone, open Flex, go to Settings and tap Restore.

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

To delete your account and everything in it, open Flex, go to Settings and tap Delete account.
