Terms of Use

Flex gives you a training plan built around your goal, a session-by-session guide with a rest timer, protein and meal logging, progress tracking with optional photos and measurements, a coach chat and a mascot who grows with your sessions. Some features need a paid subscription.

"You" or "member" means the person using the Service. "Content" means text, images, video, audio and data available through the Service. "Your content" means the photos, measurements, messages and other material you add.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that you are physically able to take part in resistance training. If you are pregnant, postpartum, injured or have a medical condition, get your doctor's clearance first.

The app works from an anonymous identifier created on your device. You can sign in with Apple to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for your device and for anything done through your account. One account per person; do not share it.

Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date; refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. Cancelling stops renewal but does not refund the current period.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or extract the exercise library, programs, guides or source code.
• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself, or of any minor.
• Share invite codes or content that is abusive, unlawful or infringes someone's rights.
• Interfere with the Service, probe its security or overload it.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a model.
• Resell, rent or sublicense access to the Service.

The Service relies on Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, Apple Health), RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Sentry, Amazon Web Services and Google's Gemini models. Their terms apply to their parts of the Service, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

The Service, including its programs, exercise videos, guides, recipes, mascot, design and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own training.

Your content stays yours. You grant us a licence to store and process it in order to provide the Service to you, and nothing more.

Flex is a training tool, not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Nothing in the Service is medical, nutritional or professional advice. Results vary with genetics, consistency, nutrition and sleep, and we do not promise any particular change to your body.

Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek medical help. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using weights, machines and bands safely.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and AI-generated readings and answers may be wrong.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these Terms.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if the Service is discontinued; if we do so without cause during a paid period we will tell Apple to refund the unused part.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published in the app or on this page, and continued use after that date means you accept them. Material changes are announced in the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of [venue to be confirmed].

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the Service.
